What is our shipping policy?

Products will be shipped via USPS after payment has been cleared which varies between 2-3 business days. Custom orders for Ombre Hair Extensions and Wigs can take longer to ship due to the need for quality of preparation. Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been processed and shipped unless delivery is via mobile services in Connecticut(Hartford County Only). This could be anywhere from 1-2 days before your order is due to be delivered. During holidays, inclement weather, and sales, shipping may take a little bit longer. If customers live in the Hartford County, hair can be delivered via mobile for a fee. 

What is our refund/exchange policy?

Due to the nature of our business all sales are final and no exchanges or refunds will be provided.
